My wooden wick won’t stay lit. What can I do?

Always trim your wooden wick to about ¼ inch (5–6 mm) before each burn.

Make sure there’s no debris in the melted wax, and allow the wax to fully melt across the surface to help the wick burn steadily.

How should I care for my candle?

For the best experience and safe use, please follow our candle care guidelines. Proper care helps ensure an even burn, better scent throw, and a longer-lasting candle.

What ingredients do you use?

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, crackling wooden wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils, poured into reusable glass or handcrafted cement containers. We use sustainable packaging and biodegradable labels for a clean, non-toxic, and eco-conscious burn.

How do I light my candle when the wax is low?

Use a long-reach lighter to safely light the wick and avoid burns.

For safety reasons, stop burning your candle when less than 1.5 cm of wax remains.

Can your jars and containers be reused or recycled?

Yes. Our glass jars and cement containers are designed to be reused.

Once empty, clean them with warm water and mild soap, and repurpose them as planters, storage containers, vases, or decorative pieces.

Why does my wax look uneven or textured after burning?

We use 100% natural soy wax with no additives or preservatives.

Texture changes, frosting, or uneven surfaces are completely normal and do not affect the performance or quality of your candle.
